After a successful 15+ year career in apparel product development and design, Tess Fantegrossi Farhat embarked on a new venture by founding Group Identity Apparel. Her decision was spurred by her achievement in securing and delivering superior products for two Qatar Airlines uniform bids at a better cost than their previous suppliers. This success ignited Tess's passion for the uniform space, particularly in the Middle East, where she aims to infuse her New York City fashion sensibilities.

Focusing on enhancing styles, fabrics, and design aesthetics, Tess recognizes the critical need for improvements in comfort, durability, and suitability for long hours of wear. She believes that Group Identity Apparel's designs are precisely what employers require for their teams to perform their jobs successfully and comfortably. Tess firmly believes that what people wear significantly impacts their daily mindset and productivity.
